- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in cost control, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of inventory systems, cost management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software; knowledge of hotel/restaurant management systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and other operational costs on a daily basis.
- Prepare cost reports and analysis for management review.
- Verify purchase orders, receiving records, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular spot checks of inventories in the kitchen, bar, and storerooms.
- Support the month-end closing process, including cost of sales calculation and stock reconciliation.
- Analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted/forecasted figures, providing recommendations for cost optimization.
- Work closely with the Purchasing, Finance, and F&B departments to ensure proper cost allocation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cost-related data.
