- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3?5 years of experience in quality assurance or hotel operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards, quality frameworks, and service excellence principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (e.g., PMS, CRM, Guest Feedback Systems).
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving the quality standards across all hotel departments.
- This role ensures that guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded by monitoring service delivery, auditing operational processes, and implementing corrective action plans.
-The QA Manager works closely with department heads to train staff, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous improvement throughout the property.
- Develop and implement quality control standards, procedures, and policies across departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, etc.).
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and evaluations of services, facilities, and staff performance.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback from surveys, online reviews, and direct complaints to identify recurring issues or trends.
