- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration/ Laws/ Psychology or related field.
- At least 5 years in Management role of Human Resources in Hotel & Tourism industry or other related field.
- Communication: Excellent in English. Others would be advantage e.g. French, Chinese, etc.
- Computer Office: Open Office, Microsoft Office, and other would be advantage
- Good Personal Presentation
- Inter-personality
Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the activities of human resources and
training functions as following details :
? Manages the Human Resources Department and its staff, advises higher management and Department Heads on all matters concerning industrial relations and Human Resources.
? Employment ; Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Placement
? Wage and Salary Administration
? Benefits and Welfare
? Labour Relations and Employee Relations
? Formulation of Human Resources Policies, Procedures, Rules and Regulations
