- Supervising/delegating duties to all staff within the job scope and preparing their work schedules
- Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in enforcing policies procedures rules and regulations laid down by the hotel in order to achieve uniformity and the required standard
- Handling or resolving all guest complaints and through close Snr. Supervisor recommends improvement in operation especially in the following aspects of developing better service standard, increase in revenue while reducing costs
- Planing and organising periodical departmental training for staff in the areas of courtesy, efficiency. Grooming, diplomacy and job knowledge (especially for new staff)
- Identifying and developing leadership qualities among staffs in order to guide them towards the path of career enrichment
