1.Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant
2.Minimum of 2 years in relevant experience in a similar capacity?
3.Knowledgeable in Revenue Management.?
4.Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
5.Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6.Figures oriented / revenue culture leader Advanced level in using Channel Managers, OTA back ends systems, Excel, Opera. Knowledge
7.Is in charge of helping the hotels to reach and beat their operational turnover budget.
8.Support the hotel managers in the creation of the strategy that can maximize & promote the hotel's room sales and revenue.
9.Develop & implement the sales strategies that can support the achievement of departmental target.?
10.To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
11.To ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial section in consultation with the sales team on all matters.
12.Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices
13.Create new revenue opportunities
14.Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reporting
15.Develop overall pricing strategy along with the VPSM and DOSM to ensure all target market segments are developed for the hotels
16.Design & create required packages & promotions
