College degree, Hotel Management School or University preferred.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
Minimum of 5-8 years previous experience in international managed hotels at least half of which was gained in a management position(s) the above will preferably include "hands on" experience in
Rooms Division and "heart of the house" operations.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities
? Assist the General Manager in directing and coordinating all operational departments.
? Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profits of hotel.
? Develop an empowered team through coaching, leadership and delegation.
? Inspire all teams to deliver consistent levels of service within the Novotel Brand and advocate a guest passion while increasing operational productivity.
? Report to the General Manager, Executive Assistant Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel.
Specific Requirements
? A strong and developed operational background, preferably in Food &Beverage would be advantageous.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with exceptional levels of communication and operational decision-making.
? Currently holding the position of EAM/Resident Manager/ Operations Manager/DFB for at least 1 years.
? Related experience in an international hotel is a plus; experience in Asia would also be advantageous.
? The ability to analyze and execute strategy to deliver projects on time and to the correct standard.
