PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
At least 1 year experience of repair and maintenance hotel system
GENERAL MISSION
? This position is concerned with repairs and maintenance of all the plumbing systems and associated equipment of the hotel, in particular steam, water, gas sewage pipe work, and sanitary installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
? Operate, repair and maintain all mechanic plant/plumbing systems and equipment in the hotel including special hotel plumbing system and equipment as well as water treatment, steam, gas, kitchen, laundry and swimming plant relevant system.
? Carry out the preventative maintenance of mechanic pipe works and sanitary installation.
? Follow instructions from the Engineer Expert.
? Work on the shift daily trouble reports assigned by the Engineer Expert.
? Check and maintain the efficiency of all hotel mechanic, plumbing systems and equipment.
? Carry out the work order efficiently.
? Rotation, check and service to all of the plant room and equipment.
? Assist in energy saving program, leakage check and maintenance.
? Adhere to all engineering checking, routines and work system.
? React immediately to a fire alarm/information in case of fire.
? Keep all plant rooms and workshops clean and tidy.
? Perform other duties may be assigned.
