Education: Commercial or University Graduate. Min 3-5 years work experience.
Skills: Good written Thai & strong English both written and spoken . Must have good communication/ administrative/strong computer skills and record keeping. Able to adapt to diverse people/demands and situations & think independently. A background in hotels is not essential but would be given preferential considera-tion
- Execute/support administrative tasks & projects assigned by the Owner/ Consultant
- Filing/Reporting/creating reports/ follow up on special projects
- Source & contact suppliers and follow through on purchasing
- Work & support where necessary the Housekeeping and Operations dept / arrange work rosters and work flows.
- Generate basic invoicing & track reimbursements.
- Work with the Financial Dept to ensure all accounting Docs are processed & filed.
- Oversee time sheets/work schedules and filing of staff sick leave/ holidays/time off etc.
- Act as a liaison between owner and tenants to provide a smooth flow of customer relations.
