? Minimum 1 year experience in social media and digital marketing.
? Good understanding of hotel operations.
? Excellent guest and client relations.
? Is creative and innovative.
? Writing skills ? copywriter background is a plus.
? Excellent language skills ? Can write fluently in Thai and English.
? Microsoft Office literate: Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Wordpress CMS, and content management platforms is an advantage.
? Eager to learn and curious of all things new.
? Well organised and prioritise assignments based on objectives.
? Efficient and work well under pressure.
? Be results focused and be able to implement activities to drive revenue. Ability to analyse results.

The Marketing & Communications Executive defines & executes the social media and Marketing strategy of the hotel. Alongside the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications, he/she acts as social media and Marketing voice of the hotel. The Marketing & Communications Executive is well-versed in key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Suite, key travel, hotel and restaurant blogs. He/she is also adept in relationship management and dealing with outside sources and partners for potential coverage as well as publicity and media cooperation
