- Bachelor degree or equivalent, hotel management or business administration degree pref.
- Experience as a secretary/administrative assistant
- English & Thai verbal and written communication skills.

Position Purpose:
As the Food & Beverage Coordinator you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring that coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the department are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with company policies.
Provide administrative support to the F&B department with particular emphasis on casual staff co-ordination and event preparation
Responsibilities:
- Menu card preparation for all required events.
- Provide administrative support to the F&B department
- Type event menus as prepared by Chef
- Work with Marketing and Administration signage department to prepare and print all signage requirements for events
- Provide administrative support for the preparation of department meetings.
- Liaise on behalf of food and beverage department where necessary with other departments
- Supervise small events as required
