1. Vocational certificate or trade or on-the-job training in related field
2. Minimum 1 - 3 years in similar position in international hotels
1. To check on the standard and condition of hotel linen and uniforms and effect the appropriate repairs
2. To repair any damaged soft furnishings in the hotel as directed
3. To assist in the design and manufacture of hotel uniforms as directed
4. To convert damaged linen into other uses as directed
5. To prepare napkins, placemats or any other hotel linen as directed
6. To assist in the receiving, sorting, checking, and issuing of uniforms and linen
7. To design and prepare props for hotel use
8. Maintains the uniform room in a clean and tidy condition
9. To attend to any ad hoc guests requests ensuring that they are properly attended to
