- Knowledge of Housekeeping operation
- Experienced 3 years of housekeeping experience and 1 year in Manager level in the hotel business is preferable
- Strong leadership, hands on and must have an eye on detail
- English skill both in written and spoken is preferable
- Good interpersonal skill- Able to work late, flexible hours, and/or over the weekend
- Having a positive attitude and great service minded?
- Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
- Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
- Ensures that regular communication is happening with associates to create awareness of business objectives and communicate expectations, recognizes performance.
- Understands the impact of department- s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed goals.
