1. Has to be a self starter.
2. University graduate with prior experience of two years in the same position. Good command of the English and other languages are welcome
3. Have good knowledge of accounting, reservation and Sales & Marketing. Although this position demand to be working alone, the candidate for Revenue Manager needs to maintain good relation with rank and file, peers and higher echelons alike
4. The pre-requisite for this position needs to have an enthusiastic ambitious, discipline person with great communication skills, creative, highly motivated, smart worker, honest, with good leadership skills along with a passion for Hospitality
1. Very focused in the local market
2. Concentrate on the various inbound business segments i.e. FIT?s , Incentives, conferences, T/A,OTA, corporate and be able to plan three to six month ahead
3. Using social media, business magazines, various chamber of commerce news, government insights, local and foreign multinational information for executives changes and promotions
4. Be well-informed of major market shift, the city yearly calendar of events, neighbouring countries vacations and seasonality movements etc
5. Reporting directly to the CEO of the company and working solely to improve and maintain premium occupancy while save-guarding maximal ADR and room revenues. He or she has to work closely with the Sales & Marketing and the Front Office departments to avoid rates erosion
