[Qualification ]
- [Full-TIME] Two years up hospitality related working experiences preferred.
- [PART-TIME] Welcome fresh graduated college/university student.
- Enthusiastic about the hotel work
- Service mind.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management
and basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
[Job Responsibilities]:
- Process guests check-in / check-out, room assignments, also guest inquiries/ requests and problems solving.
- Secure payment.
- Verify/adjust billing for guests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping department to track rooms status and guest concerns.
- File guest paperwork or documentation.
- Supply guests with directions and traveling information.

Our boutique hotel requires passionate and experienced Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests' needs and complaints. You'll be corresponding with guests through email, over the phone and in person.
