Assistant IT Manager / IT Supervisor

-Male/Female , Age : above 25 Yrs.
-Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any other related field of knowledge.
-Proven experience as IT Supervisor or relevant role
-Be able to work in Pattaya
-Good command of spoken & written in English
-Excellent knowledge of related Hotel Software and Network.
-High responsibility, Self-discipline, Flexible, Fast learning, Eager to learn new thing, Teamwork, Positive thinking, can work under pressure and hard working
-Possess analysis and logical thinking
-Proactive and friendly service
-Good interpersonal skills among team, cross functions and partners

-Leads and coordinates the hotel's profit engineering activities.
-Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department and to be of service at all times to computer users of all levels.
-Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software and of the hotel's infrastructure and directs more junior innovators when necessary.
-Interacts with internal on all levels to assist in resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
-Ensures maximum availability of computer systems throughout the hotel.
-Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
- Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
-Assists in the planning and implementation of additional, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
-Implements network security as established by the hotel.
-Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for hotel training programs and provides additional support if necessary.
-Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
-Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
