Main Duties & Responsibilities
?To manage the entire Food & Beverage operation to bring into effect the superior product and service expected for the hotel guest in accordance with policies and company procedures.
?Responsible for the outlets and their marketing, culinary and catering areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation.
?Maintain the overall welfare of the staff members, providing accurate trainings and resources.
?To enforce and develop standards, policies and procedures in the food service, restaurants and beverage areas.
?Maintain high sanitation standards.
?Monitor and take corrective action of annual operating budget via controllable costs, progress reports, P&L statements.
?To keep up, maintain and organize the daily operation of the department while supervising the staff to provide a high standard of service to the guests.
?Guide all staff performing in their duties.
?Serving as a role model for the food and beverage staff and other hotel employees.
?Responsibilities for the physical appearance of the restaurant and bar.
?Exhibits professional behavior at all time.
?Ensuring courteous service in an efficient manner to all guests of the hotel.
?Cooporate with the Executive Chef in order to improve communication and to ensure a smooth operation.
?Hire staff & give guidance to identify new employees and job description needed for additional manning.
