- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Learning or Training Coordinator in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions and communicate with Department of Skill Development would be a useful benefit
- Good in English skill (speaking,listening,reading,writing)
- Good in Computer skill
You will be responsible?to assist with the?efficient running of?the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and?brand standards, whilst meeting?employee, guest and owner expectations.? The Assistant Manager - Learning is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Learning Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources or Cluster Director of Learning & Development with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
