Position Purpose:
Ensure that all support services are performed to the required standard in order to support the successful delivery of the IFM contract.
Key Result Areas:
- Ensure that all support services are professionally performed to the required standards.
- Oversee the management of all support functions (HR, administration, finance, purchasing/ stores, housekeeping and reception)
- Oversee the management of subcontractors to ensure contractual requirements are achieved. (e.g. Postage & Courier, Interior plant and Pest control)
- Oversee the management of the fleet management service to ensure a quality service is provided in accordance with customer requirements.
- Lead, manage, develop and support a motivated team.
- Manage staff performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all companies policies and procedures are adhered to (in respect of the support functions)
- Assist the Facilities Management Manager as required.
