Strong in Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law

Managing all HR & general administration functions such as compensation & benefits, employee relations, training budgets, recruitment, security guard and maid services management and all other general HR & general administration affairs.
Developing and improving all HR systems and activities such as organisation development plans as per company policies.
Formulating and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
Assessing the organisational culture in order to ensure an environment where employees' satisfaction is high and where people practices reinforce the desired results.
Developing succession plans and career development programs.
Performing other HR functions as needed.
