- Direct and co-ordinate overall activities of the section to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity as require by the hotel
- Responsibilities for the entire operation and equipment within the framework as defined in the organization chart
- Supervising/delegating duties to all staff within job scope and preparing their work schedule. Assisting the Laundry Manager to achieve the required minimum level of standard
- Always keeping the machine clean and new at all times.
- Cleaning working place and leaving it neat every day before leaving.
- Checking every morning before starting to work if the machines have been oiled and greased properly. Reporting immediately to the Laundry Manager if there is something wrong with the machines.
- Keeping and maintaining all laundry equipment in very good condition
