The Tongsai Bay Koh Samui is looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to join our team
Job Summary
Responsible for the day to day administrative function of the Finance department, overseeing the accounting
procedures, internal controls (implementing, monitoring, enhancing) and month end closing activities
and generation of accurate and timely financial reports.
Minimum requirements for a successful application:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Financial Controller or Assistant Director of Finance, preferably at 4/5 star
international hotels and resorts
- Versatile financial skills to include budgeting, forecastig, cash flow
- Solid asset management skills including coaching, departmental restructuring
- Able to work independently but equally as team player with good understanding of hotel operation and its constraints
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure with high level of accuracy. Able to delegate, team leader
and excellent negotiation skills. Good decision maker.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
