- At least Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 3 year experience as Assistant human resources manager or HR manager in a company or hotel with evidenced tracked record of achievements in people development
- Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
- Proficiency in English and computer literate
- Good public speaking skill (track record of presentation or public speaking training course)
- Strong in driving results and people management and development
- Recruitment of all employees and interviewing compared with current knowledge of labour market trends and the sourcing of possible candidates.
- Administer and control of employee movement, probation and annual performance reviews.
- Assists department managers to develop and organize their training programs.
- Organizes supervisory and management development programs.
- Liaise with managers, department heads and payroll ensuring all paperwork is processed correctly and on time.
- Work closely with general manager in term of policy, recruitment and termination of department and higher, monthly meeting and reports, strategic planning, people development.
- Other duties as requested by the general manager.
