SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
3 ? 5 years of Revenue Management experience is reuired
Good knowledge in revenue management and reservation as part of job scope
Advance user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
Through knowledge of Travel Accor Reservation System (TARS), GDS, IDS and all distribution systems.
Good knowledge of RM tools, Hotel PMS and price tracker
Excellence leadership, Effective communication
Fluent in English
To maximize hotel occupancy and average room rate by applying yield management
To maximize room revenue through the management of all online selling channels to include but not limited to AccorHotel.com
Monitor daily rates on all online platiform and ensure competitiveness of rate versus specified competitor set
To supervise and ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the reservattion team, ensuring everyone contacting the Reservation Department receives an optimum level of services and care at all times
