1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 2-3 years catering or sales experience in a similar capacity
3. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
4. Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
5. Posses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Assist the Catering department to maximize catering sales revenues. This position is responsible for soliciting, negotiating and planning conference events for the hotel. Plan, up-sell, and detail the meeting/function with the client. Plan accommodation arrangements. Handle catering sales documentation and relevant paper works. Assist in development of marketing strategies. Prepare and maintain legible records.
