- 4+ years HR / Administration experience with minimum.
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all human resources operations.
- Multi-tasking, Sense of urgency and able to prioritize task.
- Excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal skills, pleasant, initiative, responsible and punctual.
- Be attentive to details and willing to learn.
- Highly reliable.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Ensure that the day to day administrative needs are fulfilled.
- Handle office and equipment maintenance, filing and record management.
- Developing, revising the company policies, compensation and benefit, consult legal department to ensure that policies comply with the Labor Department.
- Human resources duties including recruitment arrangement, maintain HR database such as leaves record, attendance.
- Gives some consultant, comment and assistance to all managers and other team members in all related hotel administrations and operations matters upon requested.
- Perform ad-hoc project

- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 4,000 for Permanent Staff
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 2,000 for Contract Staff
- 7 Days Off / Month for Permanent Staff
- 6 Days Off / Month for Contract Staff
- Minimum 9 Days Vacation and 14 Public Holidays / Year for Permanent Staff
