Sales & Customer Relations Manager is in charge of sales and customer relationships to fulfill customers? requirements and ensure the good quality of products and services provided exceed their expectation in order to achieve customer satisfaction at highest level at all time. The incumbent needs to develop and update, implement and / or manage the organization?s customer service policies, procedures, standards, and strategies to establish the tight business relationship with current and new customers. The incumbent is also take responsibility on new customer acquisition.
