Requirement:
Prefer: Work experience at restaurant manager in Thai minimum 3 years
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
recruiting, training and supervising staff
agreeing and managing budgets
planning menus and food cost
promoting and marketing the business
overseeing stock levels
ordering supplies
handling customer inquiries and complaints
problem-solving
preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
assessing and improving profitability
setting targets
making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
Other duties as assigned.
