+ Bachelor's degree or higher
+ At least 2 years of experience in HR management role in 4 or 5 star hotel
+ Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of human resources activities
+ Good command of English, good communication skill both writing and speaking
+ Understanding of all hotel laws and guidelines
+ Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
> Conduct recruitment from start to end process.
> Conduct on boarding Process such as setting up workstation, email address and to collect necessary documents, for new hire.
> Conduct orientation new staff as well as probation evaluation process and document.
> Handle all staff benefits and payroll.
> Contact and submit all related documents for labor Department, Social Security Office, > Revenue Department, Workmen?s compensation and any government sector for human resource related matters.
> Manage employee benefits programs and provide support for provident fund, Group Insurance, etc.)
> Handle visa extension and work permit for expatriate staff members.
> Maintains manual and electronic documents, files and records (e.g. personnel records, employee lists, etc.) for the purpose of providing accurate information.
> Update provide relevant reports as assigned.
> Handle leave record and to provide monthly report.
> Assist to manage day-to-day operations of HR & admin task as assigned.
