- Minimum 10 years experience in Operations , preferably in upscale Hotels.
- Rooms background preferred, but F&B or overall Operations background may be considered.
- Experience in Hotel Pre-opening in Bangkok is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels, guests, stakeholders and officials.
- Genuine guest relations , focus on implementing and maintain service standards ,whilst maintaining a business mindset.
- Manage the pre-opening critical path for Operations Departments, develop and implement operating procedures.
- Assist in recruiting and training the teams of Operational Departments.
- Analyzes and identifies operational challenges and facilitates the development of solutions , with focus on continual improvement.
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Assume responsibility for Hotel Operations in the absence of the General Manager.
