Purchasing Manager

- Minimum 3 years experience in Procurement in
Hotel Industry
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
(as well as the local language)
- Good Interpersonal Skill
- Is a critical thinker and a problem-solver

o Be able to operate Excel, Microsoft Word
and Material Control System.
o Liaise between suppliers and relevant
internal departments.
o Negotiate for best price and monitoring
the quality of goods and service.
o Manage purchase requisitions and
purchase orders.
o Supervise and monitoring team member for
ensuring work assignments are completed.
o Seek and partner with reliable
suppliers.
o Maintain and review records of items
bought, costs, deliveries, product
performance.
o Maintain current skills and apply new
knowledge to improve purchasing
activities.
o Implement Team Building exercises.
o Complies with safety and corporate
guidelines on business ethics.
