Proven experience in Hospitality business in all HR aspects.

Talent Acquisition:
Recruitment, selection and employment, Job advertising through the required sources, screening, selecting application, job interview and/or coordination with interviewer, notification of employment for the qualified candidate, preparation employment contract, handle for new employee orientation program and monitoring the assessment of employee probation
Administration: Responsible for office supply, security, housekeeping, vehicle, operator and reception and administrative official tasks.
Training: Coordinate with Departments to create suitable course the improve skills
Employee relations: Initiating activities to enhance good relations, coordinating with employee committees, provide counseling services and ongoing communicating with employee to create good attitude and relations.
Welfare Management: Responsible for benefits and welfare service such as Social Security fund, workmen compensation, medical and life insurance, provident fund, annual physical check-up, uniform, bus services, canteen, etc.
Performance evaluation: Tracking, collecting and summary of the performance evaluation.
Time attendance: Checking time attendance and report for payment
