What You Will Be Responsible For
The Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya is looking for a Residential Night Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Residential Night Supervisor will have the opportunity to shape the resident experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service. This position reports to the Guest Services Manager and Assistant Director of Residences.
JOB FUNCTIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operating from the Residential Lobby to facilities floor and Four Seasons Club floors, the Residential Night Supervisor responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the resident- s needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations, personalized touches, safety and security to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons- policies.
TASKS
Acts as point of contact for residents and local customers; provides individual assistance and accurate information
Resolves resident- s concerns and complaints speedily and efficiently; ensures complete resident satisfaction, protects the reputation of the residences and the company
Work closely with security team to ensure the general safety and security of the building during overnight shift
Keeps management informed of residents and staff related incidents; represents senior management in their absence, able to write a report
Ensures areas under supervision are perfectly maintained, clean and tidiness; conducts routine inspections of residences public areas; takes proactive steps to rectify any shortcomings
Ensures pending follow up action is communicated to the next shift
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists Residences Concierge, Door and Bell attendant with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods
Works closely with hotel night shift to ensure the general security of the building
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Guest Services Manager, Assistant Director of Residences or Director of Residences
