Key skills required:
- Years of work experience in hotel required
- Proven management skills
- Customer-service focused, results driven and problem solving skills
- Proven experience as a great team leader
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding in Thai written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Good command in English written and verbal
- Excellent computer skills and intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekend and holiday
- Strong work ethic, energy, motivation and a can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities are:
- Fully response for all aspects of all teams (Guest Check-in, restaurant and housekeeping)
- Ensure process KPIs are met on a daily basis
- Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss operation matters and provide feedbacks
- Manage staff assignments and work schedules on a daily basis
- Maintain adequate guest room amenities and cleaning supplies
- Investigate new and improved methods, instruments and equipments for work efficiency
- Collect and analyse data to recommend improved hotel processes
- Assisting in preparation of annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
- Collaborate in hiring process with filling vacant positions
