Waiter/Waitress

- At least Vocational certificate or bachelor- s degree in any field
- At least 1-year experience in restaurant operation or well trained in F&B operation
- Strong in inter-personality and creative skill
- Proficient in English communication and Micros system

- Prompt and courteous delivery of all orders maintain positive image through all areas of customer contact and through cleanliness of customer areas.
- Bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our customers in accordance with policies and procedures
- Inform customers about the day- s specials. Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
- Serve food and drink orders.
- Deliver checks, perform cashier and collect payments.
