Bartender [บาร์เทนเดอร์]

- At least vocational certificate preferring bachelor- s degree in any field
- At least 1-year experience in beverage services
- Good knowledge of beverage and wine
- Good in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skill
- English communication skill and understanding of Micros system

- Set up bar-unlocking liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnishes set-up.
- Accept drink orders from waiter/waitresses in proper calling order
- Keep service bar at optimum level of service for our customers.
- Red-line all drink orders, checking for correct number of drinks; no drinks to be made without customers- orders.
- Inform customers about the day- s specials.
- Involve in wine service and be able to present and serve wine to customers when necessary.
- Assist waiter/waitresses to serve customers when necessary.
- Take care of own working area, such as mopping floors, clear cans and general sanitation to include: speed rails, counters, melting ice in bins, and wiping all stainless.
