Dynamic personality with proven leadership skills
Min. 5 years? experience in the Hotel T&C / HR community. Accor experience and/ or international brands is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai is a must
A self motivator whom is able to take on and complete projects
Strong knowledge of Thai Employment law and Registration
Ability to mentor and coach HODs and Star Performers, Training skills is an advantage
To own the Heartist programme
Strategic and Operational Leadership & Management of Talent & Culture (HR) and Learning & Development for the IMPACT Hotels (2) within the Accor Hotels framework & values
Be a positive influence for the Hotels? professional leaders, mentoring and coaching the HOD and management teams career development opportunities
Support current and future business needs though the development, engagement of the hotel Teams
Provide a T&C support and Services functions to other Division heads and Team members
Enhance and lead a positive employee culture base in Heartist values
Ensure the legal compliance of the Hotels T&C Departments
