1.Submit information for minimum wage adjustment and provide supporting data for management decision.
2.Coordinate with hotels and other business units concerned for information on annual increment.
3.Ensure that benefit package for staff is in line with the company policy.
4.Handle Provident Fund matters.
5.In charge of Group Insurance matters and ensure that Corporate and Hotels are in line with insurance policy.
6.Ensure that payroll of Corporate Staff is paid accurately on a timely basis.
7.Arrange payroll and related matters for staff of Dusit Thai Properties Public Company Limited, Dubai Representative Office and Dusit Overseas Co. Ltd.
8.Coordinate with payroll agent for supporting information on payroll of staff for Dusit Worldwide Co., Limited and China Representative Office.
9. Maintain standard positions for hotels and corporate staff in eagle system.
