? Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering
? A degree in Engineering or similar

? Strong leadership skills and previous experience of managing a team
? Previous role as an Assistant Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer in a similar quality hotel.

is currently Looking for the position of Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:
? Leads the Engineering Team in the day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, including service standards, equipment schedules, and work schedules
? Communicates with Housekeeping to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities for Guest rooms and public areas
? Develops systems and procedures to ensure the health and safety of Guests and Team Members, as well as the proper conditions for plants, machinery, and property
? Oversees installation and maintenance of air conditioning units, systems, and chiller operations.
? Reviews all outside contract services for departmental responsibilities with the hotel's General Manager.
? Directs and coordinates the activities of all assigned personnel and departmental responsibilities.
? Ensures aggressive "guest first" attitude among team members and provides friendly guest contact experiences.
