Job Description
? Responsible for all functions of HR, including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations
? Supervise and oversee all HR practices within the HR team
? Act as a business partner regarding the HR-related and Labor laws issues
? Work closely with line managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies to attract candidates
? Conduct orientations for new joiners
? Coordinate with hiring managers to identify job descriptions for vacancies, source suitable candidates, and arrange them with the hiring managers
? Organize tidy and accurate HR database (SAP)
? Re-evaluate and improve the company's Compensation and Benefits policies
? Organize employee engagement activities to keep employees engaged with the company and create the sense of unity
? Administer HRIS database to ensure accuracy of information
? Manage overall Payroll (Genius) salary adjustment, and incentives
