- To Achieve optimal sales in the best possible conditions for the company under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- To supervise and motivate sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities.
- To Plan for sales territories and blitzing areas.
- To assist team member in handling difficulties and closing deals.
- To propose and recommend sales strategies or other mean of market captivity to Director of Sales and Marketing.
