1 year experience in Front Office Department such as Guest Service Agent or new graduate
GENERAL MISSION
Reporting directly to Front Desk Supervisor will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guest approaching the Front Desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude. Front Desk Attendant will be a main actor in the C/I and C/O process which occur at the Front Desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of his request.
RESPONSIBITIES AND MEANS
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible and accountable for all in relation to the Front Office Section whist on duty. All duties and task performed are to be procedurally correct, timely and consistently high standard.
