- Processing all purchase requests submitted by Department/Outlets.
- To maintain optimal stock levels for the efficient running of departments
- Maintaining regular communication with departments on deliveries and outstanding orders.
- Sourcing suppliers and negotiating commercial terms.
- Liaising with suppliers and representatives to - Regularly compare the prices charged by the restaurant- s supplier with those of other vendors in the markets to ensure that the hotel can always buy at the best possible price without jeopardizing quality.
- Any task assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
