-Bechelor's Degree at least.
-Good command of English.

-Ability to co-ordinate with other departments, familiarity with the entire resort premises.
-Positive attitudes toward the job, management and company.
-Complete knowledge of policies and procedures; rules and regulations, facilities and services, full range of Front Office services and operations.
-Ability to communicate freely with guests, entertain and accommodate any specific needs raised by guests, receive and handle all guests courteously and sincerely.

-Responsible for the efficient delivery of the Front Office team and maintain a good relation with the guests.

-Responsible for up keeping guest relations by providing special help/care to guests and by coordinating with related departments on specific needs and entertainment.

-Responsible for a smooth operation of the department by communicating the Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager on a daily basis.
