- The Director of Sales and Marketing's mission is to promote the hotel in the corporate, government and other segment. To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
- The Director of Sales and Marketing is to perform his/her duties within the framework defined by the hotel and by its internal regulations.
- Prepare annual Marketing Plan for the hotel to ensure that action plans drawn up are implemented on time and revised regularly.
- Ensure that all statistical requirements are recorded by the required time and ready for submission to the General Manager and for immediate review.
- To submit reports on property performance by Geographical Market Segmentation.
- To ensure that marketing intelligence is constantly gathered by the sales staff and are duly disseminated for counter-measures to be taken.
- To prepare monthly and annually revenue budgeted guide the team to achieved budgeted revenue with better Rev Par vs competitor.
