? The EAM?s mission is to be responsible for the Room Revenue of the hotel. His/her scope of responsibilities covers the financial results (revenue, cost of sales, payroll & related expenses, other expense, departmental income, gross operating income, net operating income) of the hotel. He/she is also responsible for the standards of the product, service, management of human resources and the sales and marketing strategies, goals and results.
? The Executive Assistant Manager is responsible for:
o Quality of the product.
o Control of hotel techniques and applications by the staff.
o Staff adherence to product spirit and follow-up.
o Applications of the inspection norms established by the group.
o Sales & Pricing policies.
o Establishment of the Hotel?s Operating Budget and Financial forecast & capital budget.
o Special care and control of cash flow by keeping the Account Receivable (City Ledger) as low as possible as well as a minimum operating stock.
o The providence of all legal and internal documents.
o Keeping in proper shape and conditions, all permanent assets of the hotel.
o The perfect functioning of all equipment by establishing a preventive maintenance program.
o The application of a Security policy and procedure.
o Should be able to manage the revenue and distribution OTA , various social media.
o To manage the guest comment with aim to improve hotel image.
