1. Bachelor?s in marketing or related discipline
2. 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement
3. Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting
4. Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
5. Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
6. Strong in English communication skills ? written and oral
7. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box
9. You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
10. Confident with a dynamic personality
11. Capable of standing comfortably for up to eight hours a day, working long hours, and traveling frequently
1. Analyze, track, and report on event ROI (Return on investment) based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM (Customers relations management), email marketing, project management, and similar systems.
2. Work with the General Manager and Sales Manager to create a strategic plan of marketing activities, develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, provide customer support to increase opportunities for profit for the company and more.
3. Create a strategic plan and budget for marketing activities Presented to the general manager to consider and approve the implementation of activities.
4. Negotiate and execute contracts for large- and small-scale events.
5. Drive marketing influenced online media and generate MQLs (Marketing qualified lead system) through onsite activations and support of the sales team.
6. Analyze, track, and report on event ROI (Return on investment) based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM (Customers relations management), email marketing, project management, and similar systems.
7. Prepare working plans for the events and make an appointment the meeting with departments concerned to assign the work to be completed on the day of the event.
8. Manage a team of marketing activities by requesting volunteers from each department to help support operations.
9. Interact with key decision makers and account holders to get a clear conclusion.
10. Work with in-house or out-side designer to ensure event display accurately represents our brand and affiliates brand.
11. Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory include collateral, giveaways, etc.
