Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering
A degree in Engineering or similar
Exposure to budgeting and basic accounting
Positive attitude

Strong leadership skills and previous experience of managing a team

will be responsible to maintain and upkeep the entire hotel with all its equipment and facility, to manage the maintenance and repairing planning professionally, provide water, heat, lighting and power for the entire hotel, concerned with ensuring that the hotel building is safe and efficiently maintained to meet guest expectations through the implementation of a comprehensive rooms, public areas, plants and equipment maintenance program.
