JOB REQUIREMENT
* Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
* Minimum of 3-5 years of IT supervisory experience in medium-large organization is essential. Exposure to hospitality industry is highly desirable
* Strong knowledge in hotel PMS such as OASIS, PC, network & infrastructures, and other applications widely used in hospitality business.
* Interpersonal Skills, able to communicate in Thai & English
* Open minded and solutions driven
Bbased at ASAI Bangkok Chinatown - target opening Feb. 2020.
* To assist the management and users on the effective operation of hotel network & infrastructures, property management systems ie. Oasis, HR Eagle, PC? s and other systems.
* Act as a service center for all IT matters.
* Monitor and control usage of direct line.
* Plan and implement technology related processes, systems, and telecommunications.
* Maintain IT systems, management of software & hardware, 24-hour coverage for hotel.
* Produce strategic, tactical IT business plans, capital & operating budgets.
* Conduct relevant periodic training and refresher training courses for the users.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Promptly answer and provide IT solutions to users.
* Coordinate with IT Corporate Office.
Monitor, inspect and maintain all systems, software, hardware installation and implementation at each department.
* Attend to tasks and projects assigned by the Director of Finance.
* Coordinates with all departments and users in the hotel to provide the best IT solutions.
* Reviews existing procedure and issue any necessary / related policies and guidelines for implementation.
* Coordinates with project office on office layout and electrical cabling.
* Reviews user rights.
* Should be available 24 hrs on call.
* Plan and implement technology related processes, systems, and telecommunications.
* Produce strategic, tactical IT business plans, capital & operating budgets.
* Analyze software and hardware problems to detect/correct deficiencies, malfunctions and irregularities.
* Prepare, recommend, and implement procedures designed to ensure data back-up and recovery, protect database from loss or damage in case of system failure.
* Manage contracts with IT vendors, consultants, service providers, review maintenance contracts to ensure accuracy and project completion.
* Report status of IT operations to Executive Committee.
* Evaluate and define hotel and user requirements to determine feasibility of requested enhancements.
* Installation of software and hardware upgrades, compliance with Dusit Corporate and legal requirements related to software licensing agreements.
* Focus on future business needs and profitability.
* Develop training programs to increase user knowledge of systems to ensure high degree of computer proficiency.
* Ensure compliance with established procedures, systems security, contingency plans, internal controls and standards.
* Schedule routine preventive maintenance, daily clerical functions regarding integrity of computer systems.
Administrative Responsibilities
* Maintain Daily Revenue Report and other relevant documents which are required on a daily basis.
* Monitory IT usage and provide resolutions in order for quality improvement in the hotel.
