- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training needs and programs in order to enhance the performance and quality of service of employees.
- Conduct/review training needs analysis annually and budget accordingly.
- Review training policies & procedures, training practices, and recommend improvements to management.
- Communicate and encourage the participation in CSR activities by all team members and local community.
