Job Qualification
-Bachelor- s Degree or higher in Culinary Arts, Food Services Technology, Management or related field.
-At least 10 years as a Thai Food Chef in a 5 stars hotel or high-end catering or executive corporate dining or manage multiple kitchens would be an advantage.
-Have strong working knowledge in Thai Food.
-Have knowledge of food nutrition and food design.
-Would be preferable to communicate English.
-Demonstrate a real passion for menu planning and leadership.
-Strong understanding of HACCP.
-Proven track record of cost control including food, equipment, labor, and waste to meet the food quality goals and the corporate financial goals.
-Have working experience an interpersonal skill.

Role Overview
Corporate Executive Chef Role is to develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervise Staff. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department. Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. This position for a strongly branded chain of casual dining restaurants at Aussie Pub, Kiwi, Scruffy Murphy- s, V8 and Slanted Taco based in Bangkok.
Job Responsibilities
-Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards.
-Alter ingredients and recipe formulations to make existing menu options tastier for customers.
-Ensure process efficiency in operational and develop new processes or implement improvements in existing processes.
-Develop new ideas for the process and product improvement, and ensure improved compliance with the organization's food, safety, and budget standards.
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards (HACCP).
-Manage Supply Chain Management for new equipment & small ware specification which relate to new product launch.
-Preparing the sales forecast, financial data, and restaurant trends.
-Lead successful talent acquisition and manage talent development for kitchen team members.
